S&C for runners is a class that aims to teach runners (of all abilities) how to incorporate weight training into their running programme. Strengthening bones, soft tissues and muscles is an essential way to reduce the risk of injury from running which is why we are so keen to help our local runners get comfortable and confident in the gym environment. 

A maximum class size of 4 attendees means that you will get plenty of quality coaching time.
