Body conditioning is designed with everyone in mind and will help you to build strength and increase your fitness levels. The class is different every time and ranges from, partner workouts to circuits, functional fitness, barbell work etc. It's always a challenge and good fun. Exercises can be adapted to suit your ability so all levels are welcome! 

This class can range from 45minutes to 1 hour.
