Junior Gym is a class specifically for 13 to 15 year olds to learn about training in the gym. Ally (a Level 3 Personal Trainer) will teach participants how to lift weights safely and effectively. 

The class aim is to get teenagers to feel confident and capable in the weights room! 

This class is suitable for complete beginners as well as for people who have already dabbled in some gym training.
